Pam and Sara teach straight-up, old-fashioned improv for any kind of group or gathering.  In addition, Pam and Sara offer some unique improv workshops tailored to special audiences.

Transform Your Writing with Improv
One of Sara and Pam's most popular workshops, Transform Your Writing with Improv improves your ability to “see” the environments of your stories, "hear" the voice of your characters and write better scenes using the principles of improvisation. You will leave this workshop with a lift in your step, inspiration for your writing, and solid tools to help you cut through any blocks.  Transform your Writing with Improv will help you tap into your own internal resources and restore full power to your unique inner brand of writing.

Improv for the Soul
Pam and Sara use this theatrical artform to allow for practicing some of life’s more complex skills – soft skills such as leadership, communication, creativity  and more spiritual skills like openness, confidence and humility.  The power of getting to practice the skills that most elude us in a safe and supportive environment provides a profound experience of transformation.

Teen Improvisation Workshops
Sara and Pam have had great success working with and teaching improvisation to teens.  These workshops are fun, help to build confidence and channel the electricity that is part of adolescent into something very positive and rewarding.  Teens learn both short and long-form improvisation as well as improvisation games.  These workshops prove to be a great boost to self-esteem and fostering happy peer relationships.

Improv for Moms and Moms-to-be
No one needs to practice laughing and letting go more than moms and expectant moms. Improv cultivates your ability to embrace whatever is coming at you with a childlike playfulness and inspires those full-on-belly laughs that are good for both you and baby. Improv for Moms utilizes improv games and movement-based group exercises beginning with the body as inspiration. This is a playful workshop where you get to let go, laugh, explore your creativity, and connect with your body, your baby, and other moms-to-be in a supportive and fun environment.
